IT Infrastructure Engineer
REQUIREMENTS
Ensure the continuity, security and evolution of the company’s technological infrastructure by proactively managing network systems, physical and virtual servers, cloud services (AWS) and operating environments (Windows and Linux). This position is intended to support business growth through scalable, efficient and secure technical solutions aligned with industry best practices.
The role requires a combination of advanced technical skills, analytical thinking, autonomy and internal service orientation. You will actively collaborate with different areas, participate in strategic technology projects, propose continuous improvements and act as a technical referent within the IT team.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Proven experience with network administration and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with server virtualization technologies, particularly VMware
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment configuration and maintenance
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure management in AWS
- Experience implementing and maintaining security protocols
- Understanding of IT service management principles and practices
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel

- Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
- Linux server management (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar distributions)
- VMware virtualization suite (vSphere, ESXi)
- Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
- AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.)
- Network monitoring tools
- Active Directory and LDAP
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
