HRBP responsibilities oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
HRBP duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full HR cycle.
You will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times
REQUIREMENTS
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc)
- Assist with recruitment: Source candidates, update our database, coordinate and perform interviews
- Take care of the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process specifically in Uruguay.
- Familiarity with full HR cycle

- BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Accounting or Administration
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (Workday is a plus)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (Fluency in Excel is a must)
- Hands-on experience with Local entities (BPS, BSE, MTSS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Fluency in English
